Mom Blogs:

Ethan: is a blog about the adventures of E-monster, an incredibly energetic and adorable toddler with O.I. I’m lucky enough to know Ethan and his family in the real world and I can’t get enough of him!

3 Pretty Girls: is a blog written by Melissa, mom to three (you guessed it!) pretty girls. Her youngest, Sonya, has O.I. and I admire Melissa’s fight to constantly fuel her independence.

3 Men & a Lady: I was so fortunate to become FB friends with the sweet and talented lady of this family, Katie, when we discovered that our due dates this summer were almost exactly the same. Her oldest little guy has achondroplasia and their newest editionis less than a week younger than Hannah.

Classic Ivory: A blog by Lindsey all about her new mama ways. Other than the whole wheelchair variable, Lindsey and I have  bit in common. We both have adorable little girls that we aren’t ashamed to photograph excessively. We share some of our “favorite things” and she’s also enrolled in “Home Ec”-an online sewing class that will hopefully result in something worth sharing on our blogs!

Mom-Nom: A blog by Tiffany that drew  me in with posts featuring her openness and honesty about PTSD and the influence its had in her life and family.

My Artsy Side:

Prudent Baby: Their tutorials are fantastic. I’m trying to make the transition from looking to making!

FreckledNest: Home of crafty inspiration and the site of the online HomeEc class I’m taking to learn to sew.

YoungHouseLove: Never before have I loved a home remodel/design blog more! Sherry and John are so creative and best yet-ALL their ideas are affordable and actually possible to recreate. Even better-they also have a new little tenant who’s only a few weeks older than Hannah. We shamelessly stole their fabric backdrop documentation strategy for Hannah’s monthly photos.

Wheelchair Parenting 101: A blog and resources site authored by a mom of three who uses a wheelchair. I’ll definitely be revisiting this one often.

WheelchairMommy: This mom (also on wheels) shares her adventures parenting 2 boys. Her FAQ’s page is hilarious.

My Hot Wheels: Yet another mama on wheels. This one travels the world both to spread acts of kindness and for fun.

Disability Love:

Disaboom: You can read  my take on several issues related to parenting children with special needs and find my (old) blog on living with a disability on DisaboomLive.

New Mobility Blog: A blog about leading an active life with a disability.

GimpGirl: An active and lively community in celebration of women+wheeler power.

Through the Looking Glass: One of the first sources of information for parents with disabilities that I was able to find. The organization continue to thrive and I hope to contribute to their knowledge base soon.

Blogging and Writing:

On a Limb: Claudia is an excellent writer who has been exceptionally supportive to me and my family. Her Unconscious Mutterings are a blast. You must try them!
